SP540v White Background on image has a tint?

Evening everyone, I wonder if someone can shed some light on this for me please

I am brand new with this sp540v so apologies in advance if this is daft;

i'm trying to print some images with a white background;

settings used were:

Photo Matte Paper - Max Impact profile;

however if you look @ the attached, you can clearly see the difference between the image put into versaworks, compared to the print result

Any help is greatly appreciated

Quick update on this - I thought I would just add the info rather than removing it, on the off-chance someone else faces this issue in the future;

I found that by printing Pre-Press US instead of Max Impact fixed this and did not print the shade on white & looked pretty much identical to the photo
