Small Logo Re-Draw and touch up.

Hi everyone,
I had this logo made a while ago and although I like it the designer did not make it without a background and in a PNG file that I requested. Can someone PM me a price turn this into a PNG (if it's possible) and also to brighten the gold and give it a bit more "sparkle"

It's very low quality - have you got the original artwork files? Or just this?
