You’ll need to have a really strong portfolio of beautiful work that combines an eye for top-notch aesthetics and usability, with the ability to write clean, well-structured OO code in AS3. In other words, you're a software engineer who knows that their heart belongs to Flash.
You will be enthusiastic with pragmatism, you will have grace under pressure and you will have previously managed freelancers and more junior developers.
The technical bit -
• Expert in AS3, AS2, O)
• Expert in at least 2 MVC frameworks
• XML parsing and handling, E4X
• You will have experience in 3D ActionScript frameworks such as Papervision, Away3D or Sandy
• JavaScript integration using external interface, SwfAddress etc
• Use of Flash-editor builds
• Flex mega-tags and mxmmlc complier deliveries
• Use of inbuild and custom event systems
• Alternate communication methods: amf, json
• Flash accessibility
• Integrating and extending 3rd party libraries and tools
Bonsus skills -
• JSLF
• Flex/Air
• £d software packages
• After Effects
