Running two ecommerce websites.

Hi,
Does running two different ecommerce websites on the same IP effect each others SEO? How would you recommend keeping both sites as separate as possible so that each site doesn't interfere with each site.

Are they duplicate stores pretty much or completely different? If they are very similar, for example just the store name is different then I would put one on a different IP.

Ultimately both sites even if they are offering the same products should offer at the minimum unique content in all Page, Post, Products etc...

If your using the sites as some sort of linking strategy between each other then they should definitely be on different IP's its also a MUST that you have whois privacy on one of them otherwise search engines will marry you up anyway!

Yes, if you are running two different Ecommerce website on same IP then it will affect SEO result of both sites. Also, you need separate IP for each ecommerce site for installing SSL certificate.
 
It has absolutely zero affect on SEO unless you're doing major interlinking for SEO benefits.

You can have 200 stores on one IP if you like. Google doesn't care.
