Resize animated gif (px) without losing quality

Hello, I am sure this is very simple, but I cannot find a solution. I have an animated gif that I want to use in an email signature, but when I try to resize it to about 300px the text looks blurry. I have found a lot of suggestions on compressing the file size, but not the physical pixel size. I can manually resize in my gmail signature and it looks fine, but not in Outlook, which is what I need. Anyone have an answer for me? :)

Don't resize it.
Have it exactly the pixel size you require for outlook.
Then insert it.

You can add animated GIFs to email by inserting an animated GIF using Insert a Picture or by using an add-in from your favorite GIF provider like GIPHY or Gfycat.
