Really slow wordpress site

Hi guys, I'm still in the process of updating my new site and tweaking bits here and there but my site is loading ridiculously slowly - I've installed the W3 Total Cache plugin to try and speed it up but I'm not sure I've got all of the settings correct. :icon_confused:

Is anyone familiar with this who'd be able to take a quick look?

I've run your home page through Page Speed https://developers.google.com/pagespeed/ and there are only minor things you can do improve your image compression.

It could be the fault of a WP plugin that you've installed that's taking a long time to load. It might also be the speed of your web host.

One thing that I'd consider do is not making the home page so image-heavy. Maybe you could add more descriptive text in place of some of the images.
