Do you anything about html/css and just not drupal or do you only know photoshop?

If you have no idea at all how to do it then go pay someone to do it for you, if there's a particular aspect your stuck with then be more specific

You'll need to slice up your photoshop file, code html/css and then seperate it for drupal code... I imagine a similar process to wordpress.
