Please Help Me Identify This Font

I made this logo about 15 years ago, and for the life of me I can't remember what font it is that I used. Either I have early onset dementia, or my long term memory is absolutely shot. Either way, I would greatly appreciate any help provided. Can anyone here identify this font at all, please?
