One easy way to find exact match of your fonts is to google it. You will find there a number of helping sites and there you will find exact matches of fonts.
Also go through the link the other fellow has suggested.

I already responded and found the relevant font.

Suggesting someone google something isn't helpful and a bit disrespectful. This is a community and a helpful place to converse and get ideas and talk to each other.
If we wanted people to google something then that's all the forum would say - "Google it".

It's not a very friendly approach.
