The site looks pretty and seems easy enough to navigate. One comment I would make, is that whilst print file specifications are second nature to those of us in the industry, most people who'd be using your service wont know how to prepare a file for print. With that in mind, it'd probably be beneficial to offer a link to a 'how to' page somewhere near the upload artwork links. It'd help your customers know their print is going to look like their artwork and help prevent any disputes if it doesn't.

Have a look at stationery direct - design specifications or Minuteman Bristol FAQ for an idea of the kind of information your customers might need before supplying artwork.
 
Really nice website, simple and clean design with good navigation, looks like your on-site Search Engine Optimisation is pretty good too.
