Hello All.
I do hope you can help and suggest.
I was made redundant from my local paper back in 2009 as and advert creator for the paper, supplements and magazines.
From basic sales ads to motors and property adverts.
My skills are based on a Mac and Windows using InDesign, Photoshop, Quark, Acrobat and some Illustrator.
My year sservice was around 8 years and loved my job.
But due to the redundancy and then dometic issues I had to retrain as a Teaching Assistant where I am at, at present.
But now my children no longer need me so much I am looking to return to Graphics.
Can anyone please advise me on how to update and get to a level I am confident in applying for offline work?
Work in my field looks incredibly thin these days. More than happy to work from home. Just don't know where to look.
I can upload some samples of work if it helps at all.
