How to get this texture?

Hello everyone,

Beginner in graphic design, I would like to get a grainy/paper texture, as in the backgrounds of the picture here uploaded.
I have tried to do it from a simple fill, playing with the "noise" tool on Photoshop. The result is not the same.
Here, we can see that the edges around texts and pictures are a bit rough. Also, it seems that there are different layers of grains. I like on the 2 samples on the right that they have grey grains spread randomly. It feels like they are of different shapes too.

Does anyone know how to get this texture or effect? How to process, what to start from, what are the tools to use...

Thanks a lot :)

Hello Wardy. The 2Mo image seems to be too large to be uploaded... here is a light version of it. Hope you will be able to see the details.
Thanks!

Yes, there are thousands of different textures available online from stock image sites etc. And then numerous ways to manipulate them using layer styles or filters etc in Photoshop.

It is possible to produce them yourself digitally using different brushes etc but it is very time-consuming and even then may not look authentic. The other alternative is to
physically do them yourself by scanning some textured papers etc, but again it takes time to get them right.
