How to Fix this?

Is there anyone who can help me to fix this error? Today I am getting this error on my Photoshop? What does it mean by scratch disk?

It's your hard drive.
Delete unneeded things from your computer.
If you go to Preferences in Photoshop - you'll see an option for Scratch Disks.

Sometimes a restart will clear it.

Thank you so much. I have cleared some storage from my hard drive. It has been fixed
