How to create text and a simple line drawing in white, to be printed on a black tee shirt

I have downloaded a free image I want to put on a tee shirt.
It is a simple line drawing, black on white background.
I have MS Paint only, but inverting colours means I am stuck with a black rectangular background, which I do not want to print on the black fabric.
Plus I do not have any idea of how to put several copies of this drawing into one image, using Paint, so I can add 1 image to the tee shirt for the printer.

Sorry for the dumb-ass question, but I am stumped, it can't be impossible surely.

Technically - just send the file to the printer and tell them what you want - they should do it.
Or ask them have they an artwork department that can do it for you at cost?/

Where did you download the free image?
What image is it?

Thanks for the reply Hankscorpio, appreciated.
This is the image, from some site (?) I can use it, provided it is not used commercially.

I just want to replicate this...ie put a few copies of this image into one 'image', and get it ready to be printed on a black tee.

Surely this can be done in Paint, if not, too bad, not buying software or paying a graphic designer for a one-off birthday gift.

What is MS Paint good/used for I wonder?

Thanks again, regards,
Sean

Well, the clue is in the name I guess. :) Though I know nothing about Paint, I'm surprised you can't simply invert colours on an image.

A very quick search comes up with MiniConvert dot com, result as shown. I'm sure there are others free and easy to use. I assume you have a larger version you can use.

This. Easiest route I'd say is to contact a local printer, show them the image and ask what they can do. If they're willing to recreate it as a vector as part of the job (or a minimal charge), job done (y)
