How to create a book

Hi,

I would like to know how you can create a book like what materials I will need.
I have 12 pages of the content and have the cover page and the back page.
I want the content pages with a dotted hole line
I want the cover page and the back page in a smooth but think cardboard type

I want it to look professional and good.
Sorry I am completely novice, but any help in getting this started would be greatly appreciated

Hi Kiran

I don't understand what you are asking really, you want to print it and make it yourself or you are after a quote for someone to print it for you?
 
I think with the dotted hole line their meaning binding, guessing their wanting a hard cover around 60pt binding board then a 200gsm silk or uncoated stock or something along them lines.
