Help with font name and usage

Hi I have this font that I must have downloaded a while ago, but it is just called 'decorative fontFINAL' in my font list, I've tried googling and what the font etc. but no luck. Anyone know where I can see if I can use this in my work?

When installed its called 'decorative fontFINAL' but actually called 'Organic Elements'
