What file formats do you have the image in? If all you've got is the flat jpg or gif file, you'll struggle to change it. I'd go as far as to say it'd not possible to clone out the text without it being very very obvious. If you've got the file in a layered .psd, an .ai or .pdf format you might be able to lift the ext off the background.
Do you need that background for your own business? It's not a good idea to use it.
That background is part of the brand of another company, so using it would just harm your company and theirs.
Why don't you make your own background? You can get something way better than that, which can represent and send your brand's key message more efficiently.
It doesn't look like you will be able to change the name unless you have the original file with the different layers which include the background. I could suggest creating the background yourself as that seems like the only option. Hope this helps!
