Ok i'm trying to get my head around this but it doesn't seem to be working, I have installed a plugin for wordpress that allows me to specify a specific image to use as a thumbnail so on this post...

It now has this code in the header...

From what I understand Facebook should now use the image I have specified, however if you try to share the link it keeps selecting the wide/thin image at the top of the page?????
Any ideas people?
