Clothing tags / label printing.

Hello all!

It been a while since I have been on here but nevertheless I am in need of some help.

I have an embroidery company that would like some labels printed for when they give the clothes to there customers.
These labels / tags need to be business card size (thereabouts) and have a 2mm hole in the top left hand corner.

These need to printed full colour double sided on a 350 - 400gsm.

My thoughts where to have business cards made and stamp the wholes out myself. BUT the require.... 5000!

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
