Hi ….can anybody recommend best way to get into web design?? Credible online coarse? Iam 45 looking for a career change… any advice appreciated

Go to a reputable university. Learn design, then after that specialise in the area of design that most interests you. That way, you will have an overview of what you are doing, in context. You need to understand typography – not an overnight task. I am not saying any of this to put you off, but Design seems to be the new black these days. Kids think its a cool way earn a living. It takes years to learn it and a lifetime to master.

As with previous advice. Stick a months learning free on LinkedIn in learning on the basics see how you get on. Having a grasp before committing to a full time or part time course would be an advantage
