Brandable interactive Leaderboard / Scoreboard required

We work closely with a sports event agency and we have the requirement for the design of a brand-able (must be able to be altered event to event - logo, wording, colours)


Simple system to be ran from a laptop onto a big screen. user will input name and score... only ever to show top 10 scores required.

See attached visual of previous system used, little bit clunky and unreliable... ran using Xampp? we need a bomb-proof solution!

might be worth saying if possible to produce the leader board but without giving us or client the ability to easily edit an on-going relationship and a fee for amending to suit logo/colour changes could be arranged?

So cost for initial development and design and then a fee for changing the look each time.
