Sorting out a poster for a friend were he wants some of the stuff in 3D

So I have been doing the main text in cinema 4d before I render it out into illustrator I don't know if its just me but something doesn't feel right with the lighting.

what do use think?

Looks good, can you soften the lighting at all? not sure what options are in Cinema 4D but i would imagine you can soften the shadows and highlights. That might solves the issue.

Yeh that's what I did in the end I also added another light colour which seemed to do the trick.

doesnt look 2 bad, used 2 used 3D alot many moons ago, have u tried moving the lighting to diff locations so u have a shadow of the text on the floor behind the text, just an idea.
