You're going to have to give a little more info than that I'm afraid...
What's it for, ie video, website etc
You say it's simple but sometimes what you think is simple is not as simple to do in animation so you'll need to expand on what it is you want doing.
Is this a paid job, most of us on here are professionals and do design for a living.
