An easy to use form for email/mailing list

Hi guys,

I wondered if anyone good point me in the direction of an easy to use form for email/mailing list, that I can insert into Dreamweaver. I'm not good on the scripting side and have been using a pretty rudimentary one up until now.

If it is for a mailing list then try one of the list providers such as mailchimp or simplycast. They have sign up forms.
