Hi all,
My name is Ryan. I'm a 16-year-old freelance graphic designer, entrepreneur & student. I've been freelancing professionally now for two years & during that time I've been able to connect with so many amazing clients worldwide! I have also been fortunate enough to attend three internships at different design agencies in Melbourne, Australia. On top of that, I've reached out to other agencies & have had 'get to know you' meetings with some of them.
I currently don't advertise my age online as I feel potential clients will expect a lower quality of work & at a cheaper price. I currently charge out at $45 per hour & do things in a professional manner.
My question is to all of you: Do you think I should use my age as an advantage?
I feel I could use it as a positive marketing strategy, however, I don't want to limit my client work as that's how I grow my experience & talent.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
