The famous roundel logo of London's Underground system is 100 years old! To celebrate the anniversary Transport for London have commissioned 100 artists to create new artworks using the Roundel logo as the inspiration.

The artworks are currently on show at the Rochelle School in Shoreditch, London, until October 30 and a number of them will also appear as posters on the Underground network.

Has anyone seen any of the posters on the tube, as I know the artworks were unveiled a few weeks back now. Here's the link to the TFL site - Platform for Art | Transport for London

Interesting project.

I quite like the Peter Blake one and the Harold Offeh one. I'm supprised at the artists they've chosen, they seem to have played it pretty safe.
