I really like the fonts from losttype.com and Font Squirrel. Font Squirrel's licensing is very clear (most are free for commercial use) and provide a bunch of other tools like a font identifier and a free conversion tool to make desktop fonts into webfonts.

I've used carstickers.com several times for custom die cut stickers. I haven't used their inside application, but I've been really happy with what I've received. I'm not sure what your budget is, but their prices get cheaper the more you buy, and 500 gets a pretty nice discount. Good luck!
