Thanks Paul. It is created in Illustrator with links to 1 other Illustrator file and 3 gifs. Is that the issue? I also tried uploading the main Illustrator file and still had the same low resolution issue so don't think it is the way I am exporting the PDF. Should I convert text to outlines...

Hi Am fairly new to design and when creating a banner to have printed (quite large - 76cm deep x 122cm wide) the online company that I use are advising that the images are low quality (I created the banner in Illustrator). Is anybody able to advise what I need to do to make the quality crisper...
