I agree with suggestion to do a fresh installation of both OS and Photoshop. However, there also may be a driver issue, either it's wrong update or your hardware doesn't have optimal drivers for win 11. This is one of the reasons i don't want to update, who can guarantee stability on a "new OS"...

You would better specify what you want to get as a result. A 2d blueprint, a fast 3d preview of furniture placement, a render, an interactive 3d room/house, etc. Were are you going to use the result. Are you going to model custom furniture or use libraries or buy models you need on stocks...

First one is definitely hand writing, I see difference between the same letters. What about the second, better resolution needed to recognise it well enough.
