Photoshop to Dreamweaver tutorials

Hi All

I wanted to ask if anyone knows of any decent online video tutorials where you get to follow along designing a webpage with the author in photoshop and then be shown how to code up the that psd design in dreaweaver using html and css and NOT tables as I've heard this is bad practice.

Even if you don't know of any free online tutorials out there, is there any really good books or video tutorials that you have to pay for that you can recommend, that takes you through the whole design to coding process??
