Im trying to start my own web page ashleycrowley.com ive made a start but when i checked my page on another computer the font had changed. Is there a basic explanation for this?

century gothic isnt a standard font on all computers, the computer you went on probably didnt have that font installed. So it defaulted to the next available font. You will have the same problem with other computers that dont have the font. You need to use a default font such as arial, verdana, times new roman.

Yup, check your CSS is doing its job.
