Default E-Commerce Merchant Gateways

Can anyone recommend a good British one?

I've not been on here in a long while due to other commitments but good to see it's still going.

I'm still looking into e-commerce solutions and the merchant gateway foxycart recommend only deals with American customers so we're looking at something based over here.

Any helps appreciated, cheers.

We just launched a site for a client that integrated with Magento using Sagepay. I'm afraid i don't know a huge amount more about it because our chief web developer is on holiday but it seems to suit the requirements of our client and their bank as well. I think Sagepay took over protx not so long ago.

I hope that's of some use to you.

Cheers Dave.

I've heard protx may be the way to go, will consider that for sure.

We also use Sagepay (formerly PROTX), fantastic and no problems at all.

Default SagePay

I think sagepay sounds really good, however, i have recently tried to fill in the forms for registration.. not easy!!! especially if you dont have a internet merchant account!!

Just leave yourself some good time to fill it all in..
