I'll be frank - it's a mess.
Nothing lines up with anything else, there's no consistency of typeface or design style, the ads make it look cheap, there are too many glowing edges and effects... It smacks of someone with no actual graphic design training who can use a computer a bit. Sorry to be harsh, but you did ask.
