I like the look of it, however....

1) No indexable content so google won't give you a second glance.

2) That first flash image on the homepage took about 10 seconds to load.

3) I think your blog should display within your main sites layout, not as a separate site.

4) You're missing a link to us in your friends section

Exactly what Boss said.

I don't get why flash was used tbh, also the green lines at the bottom, it's quite hard to see the text for the link so there's an element of guess work as to what I want to find.

For exactly what you've done you could have used very basic HTML and CSS and it would be a lot more indexable/accessible.

For for fresh graduate like you to produce this kind of website, I think it is fairly good, I would suggest improving those suggestions that they gave you. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the feed back guys! much appreciated !.

Ok lets go through this ;

@boss hog

1) what do you mean by indexable content as i'm new to this web stuff? and this is the first ever website i've made.

2) is there anyway to improve the speed? is anyone else experiencing this?

3) Reason i have a blog is to allow people to comment about my work and discuss things also. And it has always been something advised by mentors and others to have as a graphic designer.

4) And yes i will ad graphicdesignforums

@Chris_17

This is the 1st time i've ever made a website. the reason why i did it in flash was because at the start i generally had the intention to learn Dreamweaver all by myself but struggled , i couldn't even figure out how to just draw a straight line.

So i decided to do it in flash instead because i felt it was much easier and i had no idea about coding and what even HTML means. So i had a friend who knew about flash and could help me on any technical issues i may have.

PS thanks for subscribing me on twitter. you was my 1st follower

@james.walter

thanks dude and thanks for following me on twitter to you was my 2nd follower after Chris.
I was just looking at your tomorrow people website? are you a student because it says your 19 in your twitter profile unless i read it wrong. I see your company offer internships, i would be happy to apply but sadly it's all the way in Birmingham

The speed will have impact on your Google ranking etc - has to be corrected (unless the site is to be found direct).

I do like the simplicity of the website - clean.

Hi Peter,

Unfortunately I am way older to be 19 years old. :P where did you see "19 years old" in my twitter? can't seem to find it. Anyways, you are most welcome to apply for our internships if you happen to decide to be based in Birmingham. Creative industries in Birmingham are very active and competitive as well comparatively to London-based agencies I would say . :)

Kind Regards
James

Hi Peter!

In my personal point of view, I would hire someone who is very enthusiastic and is willing to learn, although most interns are fresh graduates lacking of experience, as long as they know what they are doing, and is willing to research more on coming up with new and fresh idea, they are in the right path :) have you found a job yet?

Kind Regards
James
