It's when my browser doesn't open your website full screen, the footer stays over to the left. If I maximise it, it goes central, if I reduce the browser size on any of the other pages the footer doesn't stay central like the main body of the page.

IE6 here and i've got the same problem with the footer- rather strange though because it wasn't like that last time i looked, so it must just be a little CSS glitch/hack you need to implement.
