Twitter Feed Help Please!! Novice!!

Hi Guys,

I've got some JS from a free template and I'd like to incorporate my twitter feed into it but I've tried changing the username everywhere on the code and it either doesn't change or it just doesn't work. Any ideas would be highly appreciated. Sorry I'm a bit of a newbie to coding so please excuse me if it's really obvious..
