Shopping cart for a flash site

I have a newly created ecommerce site that has a few problems I seek advice on.
We use Paypal for payments, but it is very limited in what it allows us to do.
1) It does not allow us to give discounts.
2) At the moment we include postage in the price of the item but would like to offer a fairer price for postal charges for multilpe purchases.
I have been advised to add a proper shopping cart system, but could anyone please advise what carts are suitable for my flash site without changing the design of the sites appearance.
