Wordpress theme development frameworks

Hi there,

I am looking for a wordpress framework to then develop my own theme for a website project and I am not sure on which one to choose? There are so many! Bones? TwentyTenFive? Roots? Boilerplate....

I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice?

Personally I always use Gantry which is made by RocketTheme. It's open source and has a huge amount of pre-built widget positions, with the ability to create 'overrides' allowing you to really customise the layout.
