Which Terms and Conditions?

Hello,

I'm starting a webhosting business (a reseller package) and I'm looking into adding some Terms & Conditions.

I have found a site with basic webhosting terms (Not Found | SEQ Legal) and a Premium webhosting terms (Not Found | SEQ Legal)

The standard one says "As with our other hosting contracts, it is only suitable for use in relation to the provision of hosting services to businesses (as opposed to consumers). "
I want to sell to customers and individuals so does the above mean its not intended for that?

and the premium one says "This premium hosting terms and conditions template is suitable for use in relation to B2B web hosting services, where the document will form part of an online order process." What is B2B? Is this ok for me?

What would be more appropriate for a reseller of a hosting company?

Or are there any other templates that you know of?

many thanks,
