Ai, EPS, Jpeg RGB Large, Jpeg RGB Small, Jpeg CMYK Large, Jpeg CMYK Small.

Down save the Ai and EPS if you're working in the latest.

Whatever they ask for it in/all of the above.

I usually send an eps, PDF, jpeg high and low.

300 dots per inch is useless if the size of the image is 10pixel X 10pixel for example. Resolution and image size are 2 different things.

Personally I provide all file types I can make to the client when handing over a logo. Means that they won't suddenly ask for one specific file type LOL.

But thats just me :)

I would ask during the initial meeting whilst putting together the design brief what type of file types they will require the logo to be sent in or contact details for the people/printers who will be working with the logo, if it isn't you.

I do the following:

Pantone, Greyscale, B/W, CMYK: EPS
Greyscale, B/W, CMYK: High-res TIFF
Greyscale, B/W, RGB: PNG and JPG
