Like something from the 90s and not responsive, sorry it's not good.

Download wordpress and use that, its 95% of the way there already, you just need to find a decent skin and add content.

Very dated looking. It appears to be styled in an odd way too looking at the columns. For easy responsive layouts, something like Pure CSS can save you a lot of time and effort.
