Web Graphic designer wanted, £20k salary

    Websquare are looking for an experienced Online Graphic Designer to join their Web Design team. The role involves creating a variety of engaging online content and advertising material for existing websites and pages to effectively promote the brands. The role also covers helping create brochures and print work.


    Graphic Design
    • Design banner ads / display ads
    • Design webpages
    • Design landing pages
    • Design emails
    • Design information graphics
    • Help manage site marketing content, looking to improve and update often
    • Understanding of preparing artwork for print
    • Ability to colour correct, image manipulate photo imagery
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Programs - Excel & Word
    • Photoshop, and other current technologies

    Web Design
    • Interface design
    • User Experience design
    • Conversion Optimization (familiarity)

    Additional skills desired
    • Any web / html knowledge
    • Video editing knowledge
    • Macromedia Flash
    • Illustrator, InDesign other graphics packages

    • Support marketing team and digital communications teams with required design work
    • Have the ability to work in a self-managed manner, alternating between project and service delivery tasks
    • Minimum 2 years experience as a graphic/web designer
    • Good Knowledge of online marketing design, email newsletters
    • Strong creative skills, ability to interpret analytical thinking into design concepts
    • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a MUST
    • Work well under pressure, able to handle tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions
