Web Design/Web Development Contracts

Hi Guys,

I just wondered if anyone has any examples of contracts they hand out when taking on a website project with a client? I would like to see a few just so I can get the gist of what I should have in mine. Thanks guys.
 
The general consensus is every project should use a contract :) I dont use them as I don't complete contracts :)
