    Methodologie Web Canvas

I think everyone knows that 1024 (960) is still a very commonly used screen size. However it's nice to see that 1280 (1210) is already being used by half of the users.

    I'm surprised it's only 50%.... most new 15" laptops view at 1280

thats nice to know there aren't too many small screen users anymore but I designed my new sites sizing around the current influx of netbooks :)

Don't forget many people don't have their browser open to the full width of the screen though esp on mac.

My browser window is usually about 1300px wide, on a 1680px (20") screen.

I find it odd when I'm not open to full screen on my browser haha :)

I normally have mine open fully too, however I do sometimes split the view up into more than one page using the split browser plugin for firefox :)

It don't know why it makes a difference but it does... PC users tend to have their window full screen all the time. Probably because of the way the maximize button works.
