Yeah somedays it's gotta be really awful working in tech support:rolleyes: I have worked in retail and had to deal with customers like that, not very often tho thankfully.

I had to call tech support for Adobe once and got asked the basically the same kinds of questions. There are probably reasons why they have to ask them too. Standard protocol and such. :confused:

LMAO!! That dell one is epic! I had angry customers like that at sky when i worked on broadband support, one of them threatened to take me to his solicitor because his broadband lights were not lit up!

i get that at least 3/4 times a week, but it's a lot of fun.


one guy was shouting at me because his iphone battery wasnt lasting long, and i was just like your brightness is on full, your bluetooth is on, your wifi is on, and you're saying you're always on the internet. that's gonna happen :p
