vista business won't allow dreamweaver cs4 to install properly!

i have been trying for ages now but my system wont install dreamweaver correctly. I tried to do the same on vista home premium and it worked fine. Anybody got a solution cos even adobe's solution ain't working.
could it be there are restrictions on vista business edition?

anybody got solution?:confused:
