    Hi guys,

    Just thought I'd share this interesting site and the experiment the UX designer has carried out on his site - Dear American Airlines | Dustin Curtis

    Makes for an interesting read I think, especially as he got a reply from American Airlines!

  3. blimey Greg.. that looks like an awesome re-design by the Dustin Curtis guy.. shame that American Airlines would never do that :( but never mind.. it looks cool :D

  5. just be glad its not PricewaterhouseCoopers.. their websites are made in Lotus Notes :eek: I should know .. I made the New Zealand one :eek:

    interesting blog story, but the guy seems to be a bit of a douche. overplayed the situation a bit too much.
