This swf is messing up bad in IE.. can anyone help?

Hi everyone,

ive just finished this site. My problem is with the flash logo, that appears in Firefox but not IE. im not sure why it is, but you can see the source code here:

i think its whats also messing up the alignment of everything else

ive tried a few things so thought i would come to the forum where the knowledgeable people are at admit i havent been doing as much webdesigning recently as i should have been *sigh*.. can anyone help me?

it's showing up fine in ie8. Although I don't understand why you've embedded the flash object between the head tags...
