I think the worst thing about it, apart from the solid blue background, is the in-line JS and in-line CSS and then as Muse says the unsemantic coding, that to me just doesn't make sense TBH.

So did we figure out whether this is the new site or not?

Yes. A quandary indeed...

I actually like the Bang Communications site...it isn't too bad, whereas the Queen's site looks rather dated (already!).
