The waterfall is a different resolution to the rest of the image, and those being the houses of parliament, it seems very illogical to have a waterfall coming out of them, or the top of that barge. I don't like how that spire is cut off in the middle of the photo.
I can't help but think that some kind of slight de-saturation or blur effect to the rest of the picture might help the central photo to stand out a little more.
To expand on Jordan's point, it's obvious you've come to DF just to get some feedback on this piece of work, so the chances of you coming back once this project is finished is quite slim, hence why people won't be that interested in helping you.
